McAllen Artificial Grass Installation provides artificial grass installation and related services including site preparation, infill installation, and related landscape improvements in McAllen, TX and surrounding communities. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of availability, pricing, or timeline unless confirmed in a written estimate.
Free on-site estimates are provided at no cost to the Customer. All written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on final measurements, site conditions discovered during installation, or changes requested by the Customer after a quote is issued. Work does not begin until a written agreement is signed and any required deposit is received.
Payment terms are specified in the written agreement for each project. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered. Final payment is due upon completion of work. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel work on projects with outstanding balances.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other property not disclosed before work begins.
Warranty terms, including duration and coverage, are specified in your written project agreement. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials as specified. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, third-party alterations, or failure to follow maintenance instructions. Any manufacturer warranties on turf products are passed through to the Customer and are governed by the manufacturer's terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, McAllen Artificial Grass Installation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability to any Customer for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
